View/Print Only Calendars
Syncing Online Calendars
Using Google
1. Open Google Calendar
2. Select
Add Calendar (bottom left side)
3. Choose
Add by URL
4. Copy and paste the subscription URL (listed below) for your calendar in the box provided.
5. Click
Add.
6. The chosen calendar will be displayed in your calendar.
Google can send you emails or SMS (text messages) whenever a change is made on the calendar. To add this feature, click the arrow beside your calendar name (bottom left of the screen) - select notifications. Select all the invitations to email (and/or SMS) and you will be notified of any changes.
Using iCal
1. Copy and paste the subscription URL listed below in your browser (Safari or Firefox).
2. iCal will open.
3. Select that the calendar be refreshed every 15 min (If you don't select this, you will need to remember to refresh your calendar for the latest changes. You will not be sent notifications of calendar changes if you use iCal.)
