Nature Study and Watercolour Journaling with Mrs. Green

“We are all meant to be naturalists, each in his own degree, and it is inexcusable to live in a world so full of plant and animal life and to care for none of these things” -Charlotte Mason

Nature and creation are worth knowing personally. A relationship with the natural world is an indispensable gift with many happy returns later in life, especially when cultivated early. Cultivate this gift and awaken a habit of delight and wonder this week through outdoor foraging, open air, observation, journaling and documentation. Students will leave with a journal full of watercolour entries and a wooden box for future natural finds, but, more importantly, a pair of eyes opened to the beauty and vastness of God’s world, and right in their backyard. Join us!
